About Jewellery Design
The design incorporates the seven major chakras.
In ascending order the chakras are root (red),
sacral (orange), solar plexus (yellow),
heart (green), throat (blue), brow (indigo)
and crown (violet).
In the centre of the design is the heart
chakra.
The heart connects the higher chakras to
the
lower chakras, bridging heaven to earth.
Each colour is placed beside its corresponding
chakra colour, and our journey completes
with
our crown back in union with our root.
When we become conscious and express
our authentic selves and live in balance
and
harmony with our Soul, we decrease the
need to control (yellow/ solar plexus) and
to justify our beliefs (indigo/brow) and
thus
these two colour are represented as smaller
bands.
